Affiliate Partner Agreement & Program Guide
Clear terms for building a responsible, rewarding Affiliate partnership: approved promotion, fair attribution, advancing commission, sound public representation and dignified exit.
1. Executive Summary
This Agreement gives an approved Affiliate Partner a clear, non-exclusive framework for recommending CMR Approved Products to a lawful audience. The Affiliate can use approved links, codes, materials, claims and disclosures and earns commission on Qualifying Sales according to this Agreement.
Affiliates are rewarded for genuine customer relationships that produce properly attributed, successfully received and retained revenue. Clicks, impressions, free registrations and audience activity can support a campaign, while commission is earned when an eligible customer transaction becomes a Qualifying Sale and produces Net Revenue under this Agreement.
The Affiliate pathway is designed to recognise growing commercial contribution. A Probationary Affiliate begins at the 25% rate and remains welcome at that stage while current and compliant. When the published thresholds are reached and verified, CMR advances the Affiliate to Qualified and then Principal status, with 30% and 35% commission rates and balanced 12-month recognition terms. These commercial recognitions sit alongside clear responsibility for implementation, facilitation, safeguarding, data, discipline, governance and constitutional authority.
CMR wants Affiliates to succeed through recommendations that genuinely serve their audiences. CMR provides clear offers, current resources, reliable tracking and fair recognition of results; the Affiliate brings trusted relationships, sound judgement and truthful communication. This Agreement makes the responsibilities, rewards and protections of that partnership clear.
2. Program Structure, Roles and Shared Responsibility
2.1 Commercial structure
| Party or role | Function | Payment logic |
|---|---|---|
| CMR / AQMeets | Provides and remains responsible for the products, fulfilment, customer relationship, brand, compliance framework, tracking systems, refund policy and final approval of Affiliates. | Retains Net Revenue after valid commissions, partner payments, fulfilment, technology, administration, reserves, and mission expenditure. |
| Affiliate Partner | Promotes Approved Products to the Affiliate's own lawful audience using approved tracking and truthful, disclosed communication. | Receives direct commission on eligible Net Revenue during the applicable Commission Period. |
| Affiliate Development Partner | Separately identifies, qualifies, introduces, and helps activate suitable Affiliates. | Where separately appointed, receives an override under a separate agreement. That override is funded and administered by CMR rather than owed or paid by the Affiliate. |
| Customer | Chooses whether to register, purchase, participate, renew, upgrade, reduce, cancel, or depart. | Receives the purchased product or service and retains all mandatory consumer rights. |
2.2 Clear roles and additional appointments
The Affiliate appointment includes commercial referral and approved promotional authority. CMR retains responsibility for contracts, Affiliate approval, commission and customer terms, prices, refunds, staff appointments, private formative information, AQMeets facilitation, implementation services, complaints, safeguarding and governance. An Affiliate may take on any of those responsibilities through a separate, express appointment with its own terms.
• Additional authority comes through a clear written appointment rather than arising informally from membership, friendship, audience size, revenue, founder proximity or long service.
• Every referred person remains free to choose their relationship with CMR, the Affiliate and any future purchase; neither party owns the person or the relationship.
• An Affiliate may hold another appointment when each role is clearly authorised, recorded, genuinely performed and governed by its own terms.
2.3 A complete and worthwhile partnership at every stage
Every Affiliate stage is a complete commercial relationship. Affiliates are welcome to build steadily at the starting stage, and those who reach the published thresholds are advanced following verification. Status decisions do not affect dignity, valid earned payment, ordinary fellowship or either party's freedom to end the relationship.
CMR is developing possible future professional, implementation, facilitation, cohort and institutional pathways. These sit beyond the current Affiliate appointment and, when adopted, will be introduced through their own standards, approval process, written appointment and commercial terms. Participation in the Affiliate Program can build familiarity with the work, while any later role remains a separate decision.

4. Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. Parties and purpose
This Agreement is between CMR and the Affiliate identified on the execution page. Its purpose is to create a clear basis for responsible promotion, fair attribution, dependable support and the commission earned on Approved Products.
2. Appointment
CMR appoints the Affiliate on a non-exclusive basis once the application is approved, this Agreement is accepted, the disclosure and compliance standards are acknowledged and tracking access is issued. Applications are considered fairly against reasonable commercial, compliance, reputational, operational, safeguarding and governance criteria so that each approved relationship begins on a sound footing.
3. Independent relationship
The Affiliate acts as an independent commercial referrer, bringing their own judgement, audience, channels and working methods to the relationship. This independence is distinct from employment, worker, volunteer, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, representative or office-holder status, and the practical relationship will remain consistent with this clause and applicable law.
4. Freedom to work independently
The Affiliate is free to choose whether, when, where and how often to promote, subject to this Agreement. There are no set hours, rosters, daily-outreach requirements, minimum-post quotas or staff meetings. Commercial advancement recognises results and quality rather than time worked.
5. Independent resources and responsibilities
The Affiliate brings their own equipment, accounts, channels, audience, skill, judgement and resources to the partnership and takes responsibility for their ordinary costs, insurance, taxes, registrations, records, professional advice and legal compliance.
6. What the Affiliate is authorised to do
The Affiliate may use approved links, codes, claims, campaign materials, and disclosure wording; create truthful original content within brand and claim standards; recommend suitable Approved Products; and provide ordinary factual information supplied by CMR.
7. Activities CMR will review and approve in advance
CMR welcomes proposals for paid advertising, trade-mark bidding, co-branded landing pages, public partnership announcements, bulk or automated outreach using CMR materials, custom bonuses, special pricing, custom claims, CMR marks in account names or domains, or official spokesperson activity. These activities require prior written approval so that pricing, claims, brand use and customer experience remain coordinated.
8. CMR commitments and reserved authority
CMR remains the contracting and decision-making party for customer money, prices, refunds, access, outcomes, Affiliate approval, commission rates, events, partnerships, products, services and public positions. The Affiliate works confidently within approved promotional authority and refers requests affecting those matters to CMR unless separately authorised in writing.
9. Truthful and credible representation
CMR and the Affiliate share an interest in recommendations that deserve trust. The Affiliate therefore communicates honestly, transparently, lawfully and consistently with current approved messaging, using claims that are accurate, supportable, proportionate and complete in their words, images, urgency, testimonials and context. The communication must not create a materially false impression through either statement or omission.
10. Clear commercial disclosure
Whenever a recommendation, review, link, code or endorsement may generate commission, the Affiliate makes the commercial relationship clear, prominent and close to the relevant communication. This direct disclosure helps the audience assess the recommendation with confidence. Vague, hidden or remote disclosure does not meet this standard.
11. Responsible claims and expectations
Affiliates build trust by explaining what a program offers without promising outcomes it cannot guarantee. They must not guarantee business, financial, personal, psychological, spiritual, relational, community or life outcomes; imply that purchase secures friendship, status, leadership access, certification, implementation, facilitation or future appointment; or present personal opinions as official CMR positions.
12. Lawful, suitable and respectful audiences
Promotion is directed to a lawful and reasonably suitable audience, with applicable consumer, advertising, platform, privacy, electronic-marketing, intellectual-property and anti-spam requirements observed. The Affiliate respects the person's freedom and does not use vulnerability, distress, loneliness, fear, shame, family pressure or spiritual uncertainty as sales pressure.
13. Consent-based, genuine engagement
Affiliate promotion is built on genuine relationships, lawful contact and informed choice. Address harvesting, scraped or unlawfully obtained lists, fake accounts, bots, comment or review spam, hidden redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, impersonation, fake scarcity, false testimonials, undisclosed incentives, payment abuse, coupon abuse and other deceptive methods are not permitted.
14. Customer fit and informed choice
The Affiliate helps people make an informed choice by presenting material product differences accurately, avoiding moral judgements about price or tier, and identifying lower-cost or no-purchase options where relevant. Confidential formative, complaint, health or vulnerability information is kept separate from sales targeting.
15. Reliable tracking and fair attribution
CMR's approved systems provide the primary operational record of clicks, registrations, codes, transactions, refunds and commission, supported by human review and correction. Affiliates protect fair attribution by using accurate identities, disclosing related parties and leaving another Affiliate's valid tracking intact. Tracking manipulation, duplicate identities, concealed related parties and interference with another Affiliate's valid attribution are prohibited.
16. Purpose-limited customer and member data
The Affiliate ordinarily receives only the information reasonably needed for attributed enquiries or sales, commission administration and aggregate campaign performance. Private scorecards, member history, reasons for refund, complaints, safeguarding information and formative records remain with CMR and the responsible program functions and are not included in ordinary Affiliate access.
17. Secure and authorised data use
Any personal, customer, lead, member, campaign, or confidential data supplied by CMR must be used only for the authorised purpose, protected against unauthorised access, not copied or exported without approval, and returned or deleted when requested or when the purpose ends.
18. CMR intellectual property and the Affiliate licence
CMR retains its names, marks, writings, methods as expressed, designs, images, videos, software, recordings, curricula, research, confidential know-how, and campaign materials. The Affiliate receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved materials only for authorised promotion during the current appointment.
19. Affiliate-created materials
The Affiliate retains pre-existing and independently created work. The Affiliate grants CMR a limited permission to retain and use reasonable excerpts of lawful promotional material for program administration, compliance review, reporting, evidence, and campaign learning, subject to privacy and any written objection concerning future promotional reuse.
20. Transparent conflicts and special arrangements
The Affiliate discloses material family, financial, employment, governance, contractor, donor, volunteer, committee, ownership or insider relationships that may affect the arrangement. CMR then records and approves custom rates, bonuses, related-party arrangements and unusual benefits prospectively so the relationship remains transparent.
21. Responsible non-profit and institutional stewardship
CMR keeps Affiliate payments commercially reasonable, properly recorded, connected to approved purposes and consistent with its governing instruments. Commercial success is pursued together with truthful conduct, customer fit, responsive complaint handling, safeguarding and responsible use of entrusted information.
22. Mutual confidence and confidentiality
The Affiliate protects non-public commission data, dashboards, customer information, campaign plans, unpublished materials, pricing tests, credentials, partner discussions, strategy and other confidential information. This continuing care preserves trust during the appointment and after inactivity, suspension or termination.
23. Quality review and constructive correction
CMR supports campaign quality through proportionate review of promotional representations, unusual conversion or refund patterns, complaints, disclosure, tracking and compliance. The Affiliate cooperates with CMR on reasonable fact-checking, correction, takedown, data-return, refund and participant-remedy processes so concerns can be resolved promptly.
24. Clear statements and payment records
CMR will provide an understandable statement identifying the role, eligible transactions, rate, deductions, payout fees, refunds, clawbacks, and balance. The Affiliate is responsible for reviewing statements and raising disputes within the period in Schedule 4.
25. Term
This Agreement begins on the effective date stated on the execution page and continues until ended, suspended, or replaced. Affiliate status and commercial tier are separately governed by Schedules 1 and 6.
26. Fair review and interim safeguards
When credible concerns require review, CMR may temporarily and proportionately safeguard links, claims, paid promotion, data access, public title, new attribution or disputed payments. This protects customers, the Affiliate and the integrity of the process while facts involving fraud, misleading conduct, privacy, spam, security, serious breach, reputational harm, retaliation or manipulation are assessed. Interim action is not a final finding of guilt.
27. Flexible conclusion by either party
Either party is free to end this Agreement on 14 days' written notice without needing to give a reason. The parties will cooperate in removing current promotional materials, concluding new attribution, returning data and completing payment administration in an orderly way.
28. Immediate safeguards for serious breach
CMR may terminate or impose immediate protective restrictions for fraud, deliberate tracking manipulation, unlawful promotion, serious or repeated misleading conduct, spam, privacy breach, misuse of confidential information, impersonation, retaliation, security risk, or another serious breach. Affected future commissions may be suspended, denied, or reversed only to the extent permitted by this Agreement, Schedule H, mandatory law, and a reasoned review.
29. Protection of existing customer journeys after ordinary exit
After an ordinary resignation, non-renewal or conclusion under clause 27, new attribution ends on the effective end date while existing valid customer journeys continue through their original Commission Periods. Those journeys remain subject to ordinary refunds, reversals, fraud correction and lawful clawback. A serious-breach case receives different treatment only after proportionate review.
30. Final payment and continuing responsibilities
A valid final Affiliate balance is paid after applicable holds and verification even if below USD $100. Confidentiality, intellectual-property, privacy, record-return, dispute, indemnity, and lawful clawback duties continue as applicable.
31. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Affiliate indemnifies CMR against loss, claim, penalty, cost, or expense to the extent caused by the Affiliate's breach, negligence, wilful misconduct, unlawful promotion, misleading claim, spam, privacy breach, unauthorised data use, intellectual-property infringement, or unauthorised representation.
32. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CMR is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damage arising from participation in the program. Nothing excludes liability, rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
33. Program development and fair notice
CMR may develop products, links, systems, claims, compliance standards and commercial terms according to Schedule 4. Changes that adversely affect ordinary commercial terms receive 30 days' advance notice and apply prospectively. Faster protective changes are reserved for circumstances reasonably required by law, platform rules, fraud risk, product withdrawal, security or serious documented financial unsustainability.
34. Resolution, mediation and governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory law. The parties will first use the statement-dispute and internal-review route in Schedule 4. If unresolved, they will ordinarily attempt mediation in Victoria before formal proceedings, except where urgent relief is reasonably required.
35. Entire agreement and hierarchy
This Agreement, its schedules, accepted Written Campaign Terms, and any expressly incorporated current commercial schedule form the agreement concerning Affiliate participation. Written campaign terms vary only the matters they expressly address. Mandatory law prevails. The Constitution and Stewardship Manual govern CMR internally but do not retrospectively reduce accrued contractual rights. No oral statement varies this Agreement.
36. Simple electronic acceptance and current details
This Agreement may be signed or accepted electronically. Notices may be given to the most recent email or account details supplied by the party. The Affiliate is responsible for keeping legal name, address, contact, payment, tax, and GST information current.
5. Schedule 1 - Affiliate Pathway and Advancing Commission Tiers
| Affiliate status | Qualification | Commission rate | Status term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Probationary Affiliate | Approved by CMR; current Affiliate terms accepted; disclosure and compliance standards acknowledged; tracking access issued. | 25% of Net Revenue | Continues while current and compliant, with a simple reactivation pathway after inactivity. |
| Qualified Affiliate | At least 3 Distinct Qualifying Customers AND at least USD $3,000 cumulative Net Revenue. | 30% of Net Revenue | A 12-month recognised term from the advancement effective date, followed by balanced renewal review. |
| Principal Affiliate | At least 10 Distinct Qualifying Customers AND at least USD $15,000 cumulative Net Revenue. | 35% of Net Revenue | A 12-month recognised term from the advancement effective date, followed by balanced renewal review. |
5.1 Published advancement benchmarks
CMR publishes clear Qualified and Principal benchmarks so Affiliates can see what they are working towards. The current thresholds are initial operating settings and may be revised prospectively as evidence develops, subject to the fair-notice, grandfathering and urgent-exception rules in Schedule 4. A future revision will not remove a status term already granted.
5.2 Advancement following verification
When an Affiliate reaches a published threshold, CMR verifies the records and applies the advancement from the first day of the following calendar month. The higher rate then applies to future eligible payments, including payments within valid existing customer journeys. Earlier commission remains calculated at the rate that applied when it was earned.
5.3 Distinct customers and advancement revenue
A customer counts once regardless of the number of products, payments, renewals, or upgrades. Advancement Net Revenue is calculated after refunds, taxes, discounts, credits, processing fees, and currency-conversion charges, but before Affiliate commission or other partner compensation is deducted.
5.4 Supported renewal and continuing recognition
Qualified and Principal status are reviewed at the end of each 12-month term with the aim of recognising continuing contribution. Falling below the initial threshold does not cause automatic downgrade. Renewal considers continuing activity and revenue, customer fit, referral quality, product familiarity, truthful representation, refund and complaint patterns, attribution integrity, responsiveness, communication, correction readiness and continuing value. Any ordinary non-renewal takes effect only at term end; serious concerns are handled through proportionate interim safeguards and review.
5.5 Related-party purchases
A genuine self-purchase, Controlled Entity purchase or family or household purchase may earn direct Affiliate commission when it reflects real use and is successfully paid and retained. To keep advancement focused on independent customer acquisition, the purchase does not count as a Distinct Qualifying Customer or toward Qualified or Principal advancement and generates no Affiliate Development Partner override. Artificial, circular, duplicated, refunded or manipulated transactions remain ineligible.
6. Schedule 2 - Approved Products and Current Customer Opportunities
A CMR product, membership, event or service becomes commissionable when it is identified as an Approved Product in the partner portal, Schedule H or prospective Written Campaign Terms. This gives Affiliates a clear, current record of the opportunities available for promotion. New inclusions apply prospectively.
| Product family or pathway | Current commission treatment |
|---|---|
| AQMeets Product Family AQMeets memberships and approved entry pathways, including iReawaken Experience and iLeadership Forum. | Commissionable as identified in the current portal schedule or Written Campaign Terms. Monthly, annual, trial, upgrade and downgrade treatment is set out in Schedule 3. |
| iLifeChange / MetaMotivations | A separate Approved Product family where included in the current portal schedule or Written Campaign Terms. |
| Future products, events, bundles or campaigns | Become commissionable when CMR issues written terms stating the eligible transaction, rate, attribution, duration, exclusions and effective date. |
| DeINCEPTION | Currently serves as a non-commissionable familiarisation resource. It can become an Approved Product through a specific offer added prospectively in writing. |
6.1 Current offers and customer terms
CMR keeps customer prices, discounts, trial mechanics, renewal arrangements, inclusions and checkout terms current in the applicable offer and partner portal. Affiliates use that approved information so every recommendation reflects the offer available at the time rather than an earlier price or campaign.
6.2 Discounts, bundles and bonuses
Commission is calculated on Net Revenue actually received and retained. For an approved bundle, CMR allocates the commissionable and non-commissionable components on a commercially reasonable basis before launch. A genuine complimentary bonus receives no revenue allocation, and the treatment will not be changed retrospectively merely to reduce commission.
6.3 Clear commission illustrations
Illustrative calculations may be supplied in the partner portal. They are examples only, use the applicable Net Revenue rather than a headline price, and do not constitute an earnings promise or guarantee.
7. Schedule 3 - Fair Attribution, Customer Eligibility and Commission Periods
7.1 Ordinary direct attribution and protection
The ordinary attribution window is 60 days from the last valid Affiliate click. The last valid click governs unless the approved system recognises a valid referral or coupon code that overrides click attribution. CMR keeps attribution technically and humanly reviewable, may correct clear error, duplication, fraud or manipulation, and protects valid attribution from retrospective change merely to reduce payment.
7.2 iReawaken Experience and iLeadership Forum
The Affiliate who generates the initial native registration through CMR's approved tracking system, currently Referly, is recorded as the originating Affiliate. That association continues to eligible paid conversions within the AQMeets Product Family where the system preserves it. Later Affiliate clicks ordinarily leave the originating registration intact, while CMR can correct tracking error, duplicate registration, fraud, manipulation or a documented exception.
7.3 New, existing and returning customers
• An active paid AQMeets customer remains within the existing customer journey rather than creating duplicate new-customer commission through another Affiliate click.
• A clearly attributed upgrade can earn commission under the existing customer attribution or prospective Written Campaign Terms, without duplicate payment.
• A former AQMeets customer becomes eligible for a new customer journey after 6 consecutive months of inactivity. A genuine return is welcomed; artificial cancellation and re-enrolment do not create eligibility.
• AQMeets Lite, Pro, and Leader, including iReawaken Experience and iLeadership Forum pathways, form one Product Family.
• iLifeChange / MetaMotivations is a separate Product Family. An existing AQMeets customer may generate commission on a genuinely new, separately attributed iLifeChange purchase.
7.4 When a free registration becomes a Qualifying Customer
A free registration becomes a Distinct Qualifying Customer when the person's first eligible paid transaction is successfully received and retained. That retained payment counts toward advancement Net Revenue after ordinary deductions. The customer credit remains in place unless the qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise unretained.
7.5 Monthly membership commission
For a direct monthly AQMeets purchase, the ordinary 12-month Commission Period begins on the first successfully collected full membership payment. Where an approved entry pathway includes a separately commissionable paid trial or introductory transaction, that transaction is treated under the current portal schedule and the recurring membership period begins on the first successfully collected full membership renewal. Failed payments, pauses or temporary interruption do not extend the 12 calendar months.
7.6 Commission on upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade within the existing Commission Period earns commission on the full upgraded payment, not merely the difference between tiers. The upgrade does not restart or extend the original period. A downgrade earns commission on the actual lower payment within the same period.
7.7 Annual membership commission
Commission is payable on the first annual membership payment only. An ordinary annual renewal does not generate further commission. A prospective written campaign, Principal Affiliate, or Strategic Partner exception may provide otherwise only where it defines the product, rate, duration, attribution, review, and viability basis.
7.8 One-time products and payment plans
One-time Approved Products generate commission on each amount actually received and retained. Where a customer pays by instalments, commission becomes eligible only as each instalment is received and retained, not on the full contract value in advance.
7.9 Complimentary access and non-revenue measures
Complimentary or 100%-discounted access is treated as a non-revenue opportunity and therefore does not generate commission, Net Revenue or Distinct Qualifying Customer credit. Prospective Written Campaign Terms can recognise the registration through a separate non-revenue measure where that treatment is stated in advance.
8. Schedule 4 - Transparent Net Revenue, Payments, GST, Refunds and Resolution
8.1 Net Revenue calculation
| Included in customer receipt | Deducted before Net Revenue | Not deducted before advancement Net Revenue |
|---|---|---|
| Amounts actually paid and retained for the eligible offer | Refunds, credits, chargebacks, reversals, failed, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise unretained amounts | Affiliate commission |
| Retained trial and instalment payments | GST, sales tax, VAT, or similar tax collected from the customer | Affiliate Development Partner override |
| Allocated commissionable portion of an approved bundle | Approved discounts, coupons, credits, processor fees, and currency-conversion charges | Implementation Partner or Strategic Partner compensation |
| USD settlement after conversion | Amounts allocated to non-commissionable bundle components | Other valid partner compensation |
8.2 Payment timetable and administration
| Item | Current rule |
|---|---|
| Currency | Prices, thresholds, and commission are administered in USD. Where the customer pays another currency, Net Revenue is the USD amount actually settled to CMR after conversion and processing charges. |
| Payment frequency | Monthly in arrears. |
| Standard refund / chargeback hold | 60 days after the relevant transaction, or longer where the product refund or guarantee period is longer. |
| Payment deadline | Within 30 calendar days after the end of the month in which commission becomes payable, subject to the hold, USD $100 threshold, reconciliation, fraud checks, and required information. |
| Minimum payout | USD $100 accrued valid Affiliate balance. Smaller balances roll forward and are not forfeited. |
| Payout method | The Affiliate selects from methods currently supported by CMR and supplies complete, accurate details. CMR need not establish a new method for one Affiliate. |
| Payout fees | All sending, transfer, conversion, receiving, withdrawal, and similar payout fees are borne by the Affiliate and may be deducted from the approved balance. |
| Final balance | When the Affiliate role ends, the valid final balance is paid after holds and verification even if below USD $100. |
| Completing payment information | CMR releases payment, subject to ordinary holds and verification, once the required identity, payment, tax, GST, invoice and compliance information is complete. The claim period is three years. CMR will make reasonable initial reminder attempts, after which further reminders are discretionary. Any balance remaining after three years is handled under applicable unclaimed-money law rather than automatically forfeited. |
8.3 Tax and GST
The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax, registrations, records, invoices, and professional advice. Stated commission rates are exclusive of GST only where GST is legally applicable. GST is added only where the Affiliate is validly registered and required invoice or recipient-created tax-invoice arrangements are satisfied. A non-registered Affiliate may not add GST. Final administration should be confirmed by CMR's accountant.
8.4 Accounting for refunds, reversals and clawbacks
Commission is earned on revenue that CMR successfully receives and retains. Refunded, charged-back, failed, fraudulent, reversed, duplicated, non-compliant or otherwise unretained revenue is therefore removed from the commission calculation. A post-payment reversal creates a negative balance ordinarily offset against future earnings. Every clawback identifies the condition, amount, source transaction and reason and gives the Affiliate an opportunity to challenge error; it is an accounting correction, not an informal fine.
8.5 Cross-role offsets
Where the same person holds more than one commercial role, CMR may offset a valid negative balance from one role against amounts payable under another role. The statement must identify the originating role, transaction, reason, amount offset, and remaining balance. Separate role accounts may have separate USD $100 payout thresholds.
8.6 Raising statement questions
Affiliates have 60 days from the statement date to raise an attribution, calculation, payout-fee or clawback question, identifying the transaction or entry, the possible error and reasonably available supporting information. Later correction remains available for fraud, deliberate concealment, an error that could not reasonably have been identified earlier, a material error independently found by CMR or mandatory law.
8.7 Decision, independent review, and mediation
CMR will ordinarily decide a sufficiently documented dispute within 30 calendar days. If more time is reasonably required, CMR will explain why and provide an expected date. A dissatisfied Affiliate may request review by a person who did not make or materially control the original decision. If unresolved, the parties will ordinarily attempt mediation in Victoria before formal proceedings, except where urgent relief is required. Undisputed payments should continue.
8.8 Fair notice, grandfathering and urgent exceptions
CMR ordinarily gives at least 30 calendar days' advance written notice before an ordinary reduction in commission rate, removal of an Approved Product, material change to attribution or Commission Period terms, or another adverse prospective commercial change. Existing valid customer journeys remain protected by the terms in force when attributed until their original periods expire. An immediate change to future payments is reserved for circumstances reasonably required by law, platform rules, fraud risk, product withdrawal, material pricing or fulfilment change, security or serious documented financial unsustainability. CMR provides reasons as soon as practicable and preserves commission already earned except for valid reversals or clawbacks.
9. Schedule 5 - Trusted Promotion, Clear Disclosure, Privacy and Brand Standards
| Area | Required standard |
|---|---|
| Audience fit | Promote to people reasonably likely to understand and benefit from the offer. Protect trust rather than maximising pressure or volume. |
| Claims | Use accurate, supportable, current claims. Do not guarantee outcomes, invent scarcity, imply secret access, or misrepresent price, renewal, inclusions, limitations, or founder involvement. |
| Disclosure | State the material commission relationship clearly and prominently in the same post, email, video, podcast, page, message, or conversation containing the recommendation or link. |
| Testimonials and reviews | Use genuine views and authorised testimonials in accurate context. Do not create, commission, purchase, edit into a false meaning, or publish fake or undisclosed incentivised reviews. |
| Email and messaging | Use lawful, consent-compatible audiences; identify the sender; provide functional opt-out or unsubscribe where required; honour requests promptly; retain appropriate consent records. |
| Social media and platforms | Follow platform advertising and endorsement rules. Do not hide disclosure, use fake engagement, or allow misleading claims to remain uncorrected where the Affiliate controls the content. |
| Paid advertising | CMR reviews paid advertising proposals in advance. Only approved campaigns proceed, and they avoid unauthorised trade-mark bidding, lookalike domains, brand-account impersonation, misleading redirects and unauthorised use of CMR marks. |
| Privacy and data | Collect and use only information necessary for a lawful purpose, protect it, do not upload CMR member or customer data to advertising or AI systems without approval, and delete or return it when required. |
| Brand and intellectual property | Use current approved materials within the limited licence. Do not materially alter meaning, register confusing domains or accounts, sublicense assets, or continue use after authority ends. |
| Vulnerability and influence | Protect people from sales pressure based on loneliness, distress, shame, family fear, spiritual uncertainty, private disclosure or dependence. |
| Correction and remedy | Promptly correct inaccurate claims, disclosures, links, prices, renewal descriptions, or other material errors and cooperate with reasonable refund or direct-notice remedies. |
9.1 Minimum disclosure examples
SHORT FORM Affiliate disclosure: I may receive a commission if you register or purchase through this link. |
|---|
SPOKEN OR LONG FORM I am an approved CMR / AQMeets Affiliate. I may receive a commission if you register or purchase through my link. My views are my own, and CMR is responsible for the product, customer terms, and final fulfilment. |
|---|
9.2 Placement guidance
• Video: disclose verbally where reasonably practical and in the description close to the relevant link.
• Podcast: disclose in the audio or show notes where the recommendation and link appear.
• Email: disclose in the email body close to the recommendation or link.
• Social media: disclose in the same post, story, caption, reel, description, or thread.
• Web page or article: disclose before or close to the first material recommendation and Affiliate link, not only in a remote footer or terms page.
10. Schedule 6 - Continuity, Reactivation, Safeguards and Dignified Exit
10.1 Continuing status and inactivity
Probationary Affiliate status continues without a fixed expiry while the Affiliate remains current and compliant. After 12 consecutive months without a qualifying click, registration, sale or meaningful program communication, the account moves to Inactive status with a simple reactivation pathway. Inactivity is an administrative status rather than termination or misconduct, and valid unpaid commission and existing attributed customer journeys remain protected.
10.2 Simple self-reactivation
An Inactive Affiliate can ordinarily reactivate without a fresh application by confirming the intention to resume, accepting current terms, updating contact, payment and tax information, and acknowledging current promotional, claim and disclosure standards. CMR then ordinarily restores tracking access.
10.3 Recognition restored after reactivation
An unexpired Qualified or Principal term is restored for its remaining period. Inactivity does not pause, extend, or restart that term. If the term expired during inactivity, CMR applies balanced renewal; if renewal is not granted, the Affiliate resumes as Probationary.
10.4 Continuing commission during inactivity
Eligible payments from customers validly attributed before inactivity continue until each original Commission Period expires. New attribution resumes when tracking access is reactivated. Inactivity leaves the original Commission Period timetable unchanged.
10.5 Accurate public status
Public and internal records distinguish Probationary, Qualified, Principal, Inactive, Restricted, Suspended, Former and Historical status. Affiliates use the title, badge and description that accurately reflect their current appointment and authority.
10.6 Fair process for serious concerns
CMR assesses a concern according to seriousness, harm, knowledge, repetition, concealment, benefit, privacy, retaliation, vulnerability and entrusted authority. Credible information suggesting fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, exploitation, serious privacy misuse, retaliation or intentional circumvention receives proper intake rather than being treated only as a competence or performance matter. Proportionate interim safeguards can protect customers, evidence, fair process and institutional trust.
10.7 Dignified exit
An Affiliate may leave because of season, strategy, conscience, economics, disagreement, or another calling. Departure does not automatically produce reputational punishment, forfeiture of valid earned payment, false public account, loss of friendship, or perpetual restriction on professional identity. Neither CMR nor the Affiliate owns persons.
11. Schedule 7 - Program Guide and Worked Examples
11.1 Practical Affiliate pathway
| Stage | Purpose | Typical evidence or action |
|---|---|---|
| Probationary Affiliate | Launch responsible, disclosed promotion and establish a strong first campaign. | Accept the terms; complete orientation; test tracking; understand the offer; and launch accurate first promotions with CMR resources. |
| Qualified Affiliate | Build suitable customer acquisition and earn recognition for proven commercial contribution. | 3 Distinct Qualifying Customers and USD $3,000 cumulative Net Revenue, with acceptable representation and conduct. |
| Principal Affiliate | Build repeatable campaign quality and earn recognition for substantial commercial contribution. | 10 Distinct Qualifying Customers and USD $15,000 cumulative Net Revenue, with balanced renewal evidence. |
11.2 Supported familiarisation pathway
Product familiarity helps Affiliates recommend with confidence and is separate from the paid advancement thresholds. CMR supports Affiliates with an orientation pathway covering approved claims, disclosure, the iReawaken and iLeadership front doors, the AQMeets rhythm, product differences, customer terms and the first compliant campaign. CMR may also provide sponsored, trial or other approved access for familiarisation; a purchase is never presented as buying status or authority.
11.3 Campaign rhythm
| Phase | Typical timing | Affiliate focus |
|---|---|---|
| Whisper | Several weeks before a campaign | Build relevance by sharing useful ideas related to meaning, motivation, leadership, execution, review, friendship or responsible action before making an immediate offer. |
| Tease | One to two weeks before a campaign | Introduce the relevant free entry pathway, Scorecard, Masterclass, event, or problem and explain who may benefit. |
| Shout | Final launch or decision period | Make a clear, truthful call to action with proper disclosure, accurate renewal terms, and urgency only where genuine. |
| Follow-up | After registration or launch | Answer factual questions, restate cancellation and renewal terms and support the customer in making a free, informed decision. |
11.4 Worked examples
Example 1 - Front-door conversion
A person registers for an approved free-entry pathway through Affiliate A. The approved system records Affiliate A as the originating Affiliate. The person's first eligible paid transaction is received and retained. The retained settlement after ordinary deductions is Net Revenue, earns commission, counts as one Distinct Qualifying Customer and counts toward advancement Net Revenue. Any recurring membership Commission Period begins at the point stated in the current portal schedule.
Example 2 - Advancement to Qualified
A Probationary Affiliate reaches 3 Distinct Qualifying Customers and USD $3,000 cumulative Net Revenue. CMR verifies the records on 18 September. Qualified status and the 30% rate begin on 1 October and apply to future eligible payments, including payments from valid existing customer journeys. Earlier commission is not recalculated.
Example 3 - Upgrade
An attributed Lite customer upgrades to Pro during month five. Commission is calculated on the full retained Pro payment, not only the difference between Lite and Pro. The original Commission Period expiry remains unchanged.
Example 4 - Related-party purchase
A Probationary Affiliate buys iLifeChange for genuine personal use. The purchase may earn 25% direct commission on Net Revenue after ordinary deductions and hold. It does not count as a Distinct Qualifying Customer or toward the USD $3,000 advancement threshold, and no Affiliate Development Partner override is payable.
Example 5 - Former customer
A former AQMeets member has had no paid AQMeets access for more than six consecutive months and later returns through a valid Affiliate link. The new membership may be treated as a new customer journey. A short cancellation designed merely to reset commission does not qualify.
Example 6 - Inactivity
After 12 months without qualifying activity or meaningful program communication, an Affiliate moves to Inactive status. Existing valid customer commissions continue through their original periods. When the Affiliate confirms reactivation, accepts current terms and updates payment information, CMR restores tracking and the Affiliate resumes without a fresh application.
Example 7 - Discount and processor fee
An Approved Product is sold at an authorised discount and the payment platform deducts a processing fee. The commission basis is the amount actually settled to CMR after the applicable deductions, not the undiscounted list price or the gross customer payment.
Example 8 - Bundle refund
A bundle allocates 70% of revenue to a commissionable AQMeets component and 30% to a non-commissionable resource. Commission applies only to the 70% allocation after deductions. If the non-commissionable component alone is refunded within its allocation, the unaffected AQMeets commission is not reduced.
Example 9 - Ordinary exit
An Affiliate ends the Agreement on 14 days' notice. No new customer is attributed after the end date. Existing valid customer journeys continue through their original Commission Periods, subject to refunds, reversals, and lawful clawbacks. The final valid balance is paid even if below USD $100 after holds and verification.
11.5 Earnings context and no guarantee
EARNINGS CONTEXT — NO GUARANTEE The Affiliate Program provides a genuine commission opportunity, but earnings vary. The examples in this document are mathematical illustrations rather than typical earnings, averages, forecasts, promises or guarantees. Some Affiliates may earn little or nothing. Results depend on audience trust and fit, offer fit, timing, promotion quality, prices, fees, discounts, attribution, refunds, churn, failed payments, compliance and other factors. |

13. Execution Page
This is the current Affiliate Partner Agreement. Becoming an Affiliate Partner begins with an application, followed by CMR's review and electronic acceptance through an approved signature, click-acceptance or affiliate-platform process that preserves the accepted version, date, identity and applicable commercial terms. CMR welcomes suitable applicants and begins the appointment when the application is approved and the Affiliate accepts this Agreement.
